All paid waitlist teams that do not receive entry into the Rumble, will receive their entry fee refund in full.

All USA Softball sanctioned teams must provide a copy of your teams roster and Certificate of Liability by teams first scheduled pool game.  All other teams sanctioned by another entity (Canadian, NSA, USSSA, etc.) please provide a copy of your teams rosters and liability certificates can be e-mailed to jwavalanche@outlook.com or sent via text to:  406-240-4075.

• All teams from the United States playing in the Rumble, by tournament start date must:
  • Be sanctioned by USA Softball
  • Have team insurance
  • Have a completed roster, signed by the State or Local JO Commissioner
  • Have all coaches ACE certified with a background check
     
• All teams from Canada playing in the Rumble, by tournament start date must:
  • Be registered to play through your local entity
  • Have team insurance
  • Have a completed roster or listing of players, that reflects that all players are age eligible to play in division registered
  • Have completed all Canadian requirements of coaches (background check, certification, etc.)

During the Rumble, all coaches must have this information available should the Tournament Director request review
