As teams withdraw, open spots will be filled from the paid waitlist in the order payment was received — first paid, first in.  If a paid waitlist team does not receive a spot in the 2026 MT Rumble, their tournament entry fee will be fully refunded.

  • Be sanctioned by USA Softball
  • Have team insurance
  • Have a completed roster, signed by the State or Local JO Commissioner
  • Have all coaches ACE certified with a background check
     
• All teams from Canada playing in the Rumble, by tournament start date must:
  • Be registered to play through your local entity
  • Have team insurance
  • Have a completed roster or listing of players, that reflects that all players are age eligible to play in division registered
  • Have completed all Canadian requirements of coaches (background check, certification, etc.)

During the Rumble, all coaches must have this information available should the Tournament Director request review
